A plan that adjusts to you, not a fixed rotation
Most brain-training apps hand every player the same lineup. Brain Train tracks what you're actually good at and what you're not, and builds each day's plan around the gaps.
The daily loop
-
Play a short workout
Two or three games, picked because they're the ones that need the reps — not a fixed order every player sees. Guests get this from the very first session; no account required.
-
See where you actually stand
Every game has its own number that goes up when you're improving and down when you're not — an honest measurement, not a score that only ever climbs. A skill you've barely touched shows "calibrating" instead of a number, because a guess dressed up as a result isn't more useful than no number at all.
-
Watch the overall picture settle in
Once a handful of skills have enough sessions behind them, they roll up into one overall training picture — what's strong, what's improving, what needs attention. It only appears once there's enough behind it to mean something; before that, it says so rather than showing a number it can't back up.
-
Show up, separately from how you played
Skill numbers can go down — that's what makes them honest. Showing up can't: every day you train adds to a track that only ever goes up, and a streak that counts consistency on its own terms. A rough session still counts as a session.
-
Challenge someone, whenever you feel like it
Any round you've finished can be sent to a friend exactly as you played it. No lobby, no scheduling — they play it on their own time and see how they measured up. More on how duels work →
Why it isn't a fixed rotation
A game shipping for the first time never drags down a skill nobody's played yet — an untried skill is left out of the picture, not counted as a failing score. And nothing here is dressed up as more than it is: no IQ number, no diagnosis, no claim about preventing anything. It's a short, repeatable habit with an honest read on where you stand, and a plan that changes as you do.
